As shown in these screenshots, some of these items spawned on the top the roofs of the small half-constructed buildings in NWAF cannont be picked up. When I hover over the object the name does not show up. You can see the objects but cannot see them in vicinity. But that plate carrier I was able to pick it up and see its name when I hover my mouse over it.
