Found a USG45 on the ground there. Picked it up to find this bug. There is no gun on the ground but when I look at it it says USG-45. When I go into the vicinity menu I can see it to be an exact copy of the USG45 i picked up earlier. Pretty sure there was only 1 USG45 there all along. First and only time encountering this issue so no clue how to reproduce it.
