So what happened here was I killed a zombie while it's next to this fence. As it went down its body vanished for a second, and reappeared hovering above the fence. Its body is not lootable even though I can look at the zombie's body and the name tag would pop up. This bug only happened once. Not sure how you would reproduce it, but try murdering a fence-hugging zombie and see If it gets to levitate.
