So a friend has base damage off on their pve server. But we can not repair tents, barrels etc. Also we can not use the pipe wrench to repair engines. Now, they have another server which is an RP server that has base damage on etc and in that server is just fine and we can repair tents barrels etc and even use the pipe wrench to fix engines on vehicles. So..... I’m confused as to what could be causing this... I don’t see why having base damage off would prevent from repairing things.......
