A few minutes ago I was running on a road south of Gorka. I took off my assault vest to try to repair it using duct tape. I couldn't get them to combine so I dropped the vest on the ground and then was able to use the duct tape while I stared at the vest. Then everything froze and I couldn't access my inventory, but I could still move around. I logged off to fix the glitch and then my character wiped. This was on an official server.
