Steps To Reproduce
Wear NVG headstrap and any gas mask, NBC Gas Mask, Tactical Gas Mask or Standard Gas Mask. Upon disconnect from server gas mask will disappear.
Additional Information
I believe the true bug here is that the NVG headstrap and gas mask are not supposed to be able to be equipped at the same time.

The issue stems from the fact that NVG Headstrap and gas masks should not be wearable at the same time. The fact that they can be equipped in specific order to equip them at the same time is a bug, which has been fixed internally and it will appear in one of the upcoming patches.
