I guess the default Emission Control is "default" . If we try to Remote Control the officer to order the AI, Stay Aware, we see that there is no Group Commanding Menu for Remote Controlled, Units .

Making them subordinate to player, and ordering with {` \ 7 \ 2/3} has no effect, the same as actions on the video .

Disabling "Autonomous" in UAV Terminal, and enabling the radar manually, doesn't work either . (it just gets auto-disabled)

Partial workaround : With Zeus, delete the AI, move some infantry into the Vehicle ;
