Im playing on Xbox One and I've had a Hacker Terrorize the Official LA Server in which I was playing at the time. He was invisible and was able to hit me rapidly while cutting me and killed me, also able to travel the map in seconds to do the same to my friend as well as flip his car around which was nowhere near my posistion.

The hackers GamerTag is Camoe3, he was the only other person in the server at the time of the incident (Have Proof) My friend joined in right afterwards, and he then began to Terrorize my friend. Camoe3 also invited me to a party chat before and after killing me while hacking.

He was most likely abuse the glow stick glitch and shooting you while invisible. A glitch that has been around for over a year that the devs refuse to fix. Same with the duplication glitch.
