Game crash and me and my friends died.

Hello, me and my friends was playing and then suddenly we all died from nowhere.. we lost ALL we had and had to start a new character, this is very sad becuse we was grinding alot of hours farming gear and good items and now is everything gone. I really hope that this problem will be solved and that we get all of our items back, thanks!
