Can you please send us a screenshot of the gear on the character that has the problem with the disappearing masks? As we cannot seem to produce the issue with disappearing masks just by wearing the nvg headstap with them.

This is also happening on PC and does not rely on the Headstrap being on.
I have carried out multiple tests and have not found any real pattern.
You can have a headstrap on or off, good condition Gas Mask, Filter in or out.
It makes no difference, sometimes the Gas Mask stays on and sometimes it just disappears completely for no apparent reason.
