After logging into the server which I have a base built I found that all my crates were sunken into the ground. I was able to recover the majority of them; some were just clipping through tables that I placed them on and others were accessible from the ceiling of the floor below. I just had to take them into hands and replace them but some of the crates are stuck in the ground and have no ability to access the "take into hands" prompt. I can see the top of some but others are completely non visible. They seem to have all been dropped down so that the tops of the crate are inline to where they used to be sitting.
