When I was planning to roast a couple of chicken steaks on a long stick, as I have countless times before on stable iterations, I discovered that the attachment slot is, at least not visible.
This was on the xbox experimental servers.

Steps To Reproduce
Replication would simply be to attempt to roast some meat on a long stick, or craft an improvised fishing rod with a long stick.
Both of these things are impossible to carry out without being able to attach meat or rope to the long stick.
