Since weeks the server is crashing every 10-20 minutes.

Messages are various:

• Lost connection to host
• Cant find Server
• Timeout
• You have been removed from the game (or something like this)

Sometimes and after several re-connects, no server will be found at all. If so, i need to clear my game data on the ps4 first, then open the game again and all servers are available again.
Also i figured out how to deal with the problems. After playing several weeks with these problems, iam expert in duplicate items now! interacting with loot right before the next server crash will duplicate it after reconnect.

Me and my friends struggling these problems. We are all on the latest version and located in different cities / different internet providers.

So it CANT be a connection problem from our side! (even if your support has claimed so in its message).

There are also two more open tickets from people who have the same problems on the same server.
Further complaints can be found on reddit & co.

The Server is EMPTY after crashing. You can see it into the server browser of the game.
Reconnecting after a crash shows a message like "You are in position 10" (or another number). That says: Everyone was kicked!

So please stop saying there is no problem. Please stop saying we need to reinstall our game. Please stop saying "reconnecting the router" would help.

There's a Problem on the server. Thats fact. Since weeks.

Kick your Sysadmin - but not your Players / Customers.
