Steps To Reproduce
Quickly switching between items in the hot key wheel causes the player to become de-synced.
It makes it appear as if you have nothing in your hands but it will not allow you to select an inventory item to hand or pick up an item to hand.
Additional Information
After logging out and back in the issues is corrected until the player uses the hot key wheel again.

So far I've found this to only be the case when placing an item back in your inventory using the hot wheel. I have not had the problem when selecting an item to equip using hot wheel and placing it back in my inventory manually.
