very frequently I cannot access any item form my Inventory or my Quick Wheel. It occurs atleast every 15mins & only a relog will fix it. Im on an original Xbox one

Hand state bug ..items not showing in had showing ,in hand after re log ,unable to access inventory relog helps but happened 20 times.
