Have experience someone cheatin on official server 3664146. seen them speed running and killing multiple people in seconds in very seperate locations. also vehicles still dont work.

Steps To Reproduce
everytime we drive vehicle its unstable. as far as the cheater goes. i hope that you can track this activity and remove them from the game as we work very hard for our things and interactions with others and this is a serious deterent. please help deal with this issue we lost stuff and our lives and have had a shit experience due to this. i thought the game had software installed that pertected people from this. please help
