This happens with many kinds of shirts, but so far only shirts. When you drag a new shirt onto your player, your old shirt will disappear and not be on the floor or on your inventory. I re logged and also had my friends confirm it wasn't there and that I was wearing the new shirt. This also results in the loss of any items inside of the lost shirt.

Steps To Reproduce
Drag shirt / article of clothing from vicinity to your 3d player, sometimes the shirt you were currently wearing will be lost.
Additional Information
A workaround for this is dropping your current shirt on the floor first and then putting the new one on.
