Every time I'm in a vehicle or in a place with sounds, there is crackling (no frame drop in Zeus), but in vehicles when I go first person view my frames drop from a steady 30 or so to 0-5.

Steps To Reproduce
I don't know if it's me or not, so you may not be able to reproduce it. However, might as well try. Firstly Load up into anything a scenario or anything like that, next get into any vehicle. (Boats are fine for me) Go into first-person view. Accelerate and try and drive off-road.
