When I look in ATOG in the standard mode "from the shoulder" and change view mode ATOG to sniper scope mode, then horizontal move speed very slow. I have to stop aiming, then start aiming again. The weapon immediately enters the last "Sniper" aiming mode, then horizontal move speed is normal again.

Steps To Reproduce
- Take in hands SG5-K, M4A1, LAR or USG-45.
- Equip ATOG scope.
- Hold L2 and then press R3 - it chane view mode to first person and mode "from the shoulder".
- Press "Right" key on gamepad cross - it change view mode to "Sniper scope".
- Move right stick on gamepad left or rigth - speed very slow.
- Release button L2 - it stop aiming.
- Hold L2 and press R3 - it chane view mode to first person and mode "Sniper scope".
- Move right stick on gamepad left or rigth - now speed is normal.
