I heard another player beating his toddler in local chat at 10:55am cst on server 'DayZ US - LA 0003'

The players name started with "mani" but I was unable to remember the rest. I think it was "mani18" or "mani81" something. It seemed like his local chat was accidentally activated while he yelled at his crying toddler or baby. He said "you want me to pop you?" followed by the sound of an impact and the child screaming. I don't know if it will help identify him but this occurred in Belaya Polana and his character was laughing due to cannibalism.

I understand this has nothing to due with game bugs and info is scant but I'm begging you, I heard a man beating a baby and can't let this go. Please do what you can to identify the player and notify the authorities.
