When I or my friends log in to our server, US-NY 2224, at our base in Pavlovo, we can move around for a few seconds. After that, we freeze, have to close the app, our screen turns black, then we get a blue screen with an error code to report to PSN.

I have tried different methods, different accounts, I've tried running to the base from somewhere else (we freeze once we get within a certain radius), and I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, as well as resetting my router, but to no avail.

Something we have noticed is that it only effects some people and not others, which I don't understand. Also, we can get much closer to the base by walking backwards or not looking at the town as we walk towards it.

Please let me know how this can be fixed.
