This tends to happen more when I'm out in the middle of nowhere on Livonia (Ps4 Pro), but I'll be walking in a strait line, forward, and the camera will jerk and twitch to the left a couple inches. When it starts doing this the only way you can get it to stop when it's doing it is to have free-look (L1) pressed while you're running.

Steps To Reproduce
Walk around on Ps4 for a while and it will eventually do it.
Additional Information
Possibly a deadzone issue with the joysticks, but to be honest it seems like some sort of input or server communication issue. It is a very consistent camera twitch that happens all the time.
