Steps To Reproduce
Try to use VOIP. get killed because they think I dont have a mic.

This is too important of a feature to not make a priority. communication is key in this game.

Are you experiencing this problem yourself? And if so, are you in some kind of xbox party by any chance? As the voip does not work when you are in an xbox party.

It does not work at any time. it also does not work for a few other people I play with. it does work for some people I play with. also not working while in an xbox party is a huge handicap. if the VOIP not working while in a party is an intended feature you guys should seeeeeeriously reconsider that.

like Im north of cherno one time right. trying to build a car chillin waiting for the boys to bring me a sparkplug they found. all of a sudden these three dudes roll up on me "hey dude do you have a mic?" *I press down on the D pad* me: "hey yeah I have a mic whats up" them: oh he obviously doesnt have a mic" *I get one tapped with a shotgun blast*

Do you by any chance plug / unplug the microphone with headphones after the game has been launched? Or is it connected all the time?
