I was replacing a magazine for the FX-45 and then cancelled the action to switch to a knife in order to fight a zombie. In my inventory it showed the action was completed as the empty magazine was swapped with the fresh one. However when I tried to fight the zombie with the knife I could not perform any actions, then when I tried to bandage myself I couldn't do that either. After a quick relog I was holding the FX-45 in my hands again even though I logged out holding rags. The magazine was empty and the whole town of zombies was aggrod on me. I'm guessing whilst trying to use the knife or bandages the server side had me shooting the FX-45.
