so as the title says - any kind of mask (ski, baclava etc.) gets wet when it’s raining and you’re standing in the rain, regardless if you wear a helmet which would normally protect such masks from wetness, for example the assault helmet with the visor attached.

Steps To Reproduce
Put a ski mask or a baclava on, then equip your character with a helmet, go outside when it’s raining and watch as your mask is getting wet.
Additional Information
I think that such items like helmets should prevent everything that you wear on your head from getting wet in a rain, masks should remain dry as long as you aren’t diving in a lake or sea.
The above occurs on version 1.07, I haven’t tested it on the experimental 1.08.
