in game conatiners such as, cooking pot, plastic hardcase, dry sack, plate carrier pouches etc, all delete there contents if the player logs out and back in again.
I have tested with every container I could find in game an all have the same bug. hope this helps.
find in game container that can be stored on character ( see above), place items inside said container, log out & back in again. the contents will now be gone.
