I have several profiles on servers I don't play anymore. These fill up 4 different "slots" on the launcher. The fifth slot is always going to be the most recent server I connect to. I cannot have any more than these 5 slots.

I have no clue if this is normal or not, but either way it is undesirable behavior. Either I have limited slots for server connections, and I should be able to pick and choose which I can keep, or I shoukd have unlimited slots and I am being limited to just 5.
