I cannot do anything at times. I would loot someone and their items are not being looted or the items cannot be used. There are times where I would find a dead body see food, guns, water, and other but I it does not allow me to use them, it got to a point where shooting, eating, drinking and hitting would not be possible. My character died due to the infected that I could not kill because I could not shoot. This happens either when attaching/combine things together or when trying to loot a players corpse.

Steps To Reproduce
Loot a players corpse, either already dead or killed by person, it happens often but not always. If cannot loot the corpse, droop the items from the dead player to the ground then pick them up with your hands, that item cannot be used for some reason. It also happens when attaching/combine things from the ground to your items.

Happens often but I have a suspicion it has to do with the servers has when done my character starts having lag like reactions like cannot move, when walk it sets me back, usual lag like problems, and before you say its my internet I have checked and its not my internet.

I can see why its a duplicate but in my situation I could not shoot or hit at all, not with a knife, axe, or even fists. Like you aim, you press the trigger and then nothing, my character would not do anything.
