Are you using any other language than English in the game by any chance? And if so, which language?

Geez,
No, I am using English. I will try switching languages then switching back to English to see if it works out. I also did test my blood again and it still just shows a negative symbol next to my blood icon.

This happend to me as well. Only negative RH factor displayed, no letter,
