Steps To Reproduce

Have any gun with a clip in your hands
Have a second clip for that gun in your inventory
Hold R to reload/swap clips
The clip that comes out of the weapon will be 'broken' (unable to load ammo into it, unable to empty any remaining ammo) until logout/login.

It will also prevent you from interacting with other things that require a "Hold to do" action.
