Weapon fire rates classified by reloadTime= do not work as expected. For example the m4 at vanilla reloadTime=0.075 (which would make it shoot 800 rounds per minute, 800/60=0.075) shoots around 600rpm in game. The mp5 which is at ~0.0667 (this equals 900rpm) shoots 600rpm in game. This is a major issue in terms of balancing and realism because there really isnt any choice and realism with guns in dayz, the akm/ak101/m4/ak74 all do the same damage (545/762x39/556 all do 55 damage, another issue with realism) and all have the same fire rate. Look at escape from tarkov which has an amazing gun experience, the m4 shoots 800rpm, the vss shoots 900, the mp5 shoots 900, ak101/74 shoots 650, fal/sa58 shoots 700, and the akm shoots 600. But all the guns I just listed above, shoot 600rpm in dayz. This also leads to issues with modding weapons and balancing them. The only fire rates you can really change a gun to in terms of modding is 600, 640, 900, or 1700.

Steps To Reproduce
Simply set a timer on your phone and start it as soon as you begin shooting one of the guns I said there was an issue with and stop it right when the gun has ran through all the bullets. Then take 60 (seconds in a minute) and divide it by the number you got, then multiply that result by the weapons magazine size so for example if you tested the m4 with a 30rnd mag, you would multiply it by 30.
