In a barn in Gorka, there was an incomplete car (Gunter) that was glitched into a pile of straw. The car was vibrating/shaking around.
When myself and a friend walked into it, it slightly injured us. I moved onto the straw to a position that presented an option to get in. I held square to get in and instantly died.
My teammates could not pull my body out so I could not even go back after respawning to retrieve my items.
