This is a form to report an issue from the PC VERSION of the game - for Xbox/PS4 issues use their respective forms from the drop down menu (delete this prior to creating the ticket)
The wooden box you can bury sometimes will not bury once you have dug them up, you cannot pick them up either. All you can do is take item back out the box. After a restart the box are sometimes all out of the ground also, when before the restart they was all buried.

I have logged out the game when i cannot move or bury the box just to check it was not my character which was bugged but unfortunately this did nothing to resolve this issue. My friend also could not do anything with the box other than put items in and out.
