Today I logged in to Dayz and got kuru out of nowhere. I never ate human flesh, never killed a human and never sliced open a corpse. The only thing that did happen was that I found a dead (sliced open) human and got the gun that was laying at the corpse. This however happened two days ago and therefore I think my character is bugged.
