At random times if you take something out of your inventory it will glitch and you can’t pick it back up it also tends to keep you from using a bandage as well.

More of a guess but just get hurt start bleeding or move stuff in and out of your inventory it will happen soon it kinda random

I’m on ps4 using keyboard and mouse not sure if it has anything to do with it but it’s a thought, second I’m on version 1.15. 3 if you exit the server than than reconnect it will fix it but it will happen Again.
