2 days ago Wednesday March 18th we were greeted by this guy at a military base in a crate that was locked and there was a dude that was asking if we were inside we didn't want to come out, he then proceed to talk in a different language and didn't know what he was saying, we ran away from him he shot my friend and then i logged, i came back on and shot him while he was looting my friend and got really salty and speed ran or flew to me and punched me with his bare hands his me way faster then the game lets you and in one second I died.

Today I was playing at 11:10 PM and he had a mega phone flying around the coast and was spamming music while I was just trying to play and then flew away. I had a gunfight on the coast with my friend and he swooped down with the mega phone and I told my friend to log because i knew he was going to kill us and as soon as we were logging off and hopelessly as our character was sitting though the 15 second cool down and my friend died by the rapid punching and as i was just about to fully exit he was rapidly punishing me before I Logged off.

So basically he plays on this same server often and is just playing games with everyone and flying and cheating.
