I froze up while in a car. Kicked me out and had to restart. It killed me off for some reason, so I started again. Now my character is an Asian female. Now, I have nothing against female avatars, but I do not prefer playing one. Went and made a new character, logged in and I was the same female character. How do I delete this so I can enjoy the game again? Please assist.

Happens over and over again. Cannot delete her from my character list. ALWAYS start the game as her.

You need to kill your chr to get a new one, since you only mentioned you did it once then I assume you haven't lost your chr again.
