Description

When coming across [clothing_upper] PATROL JACKET and selecting to equip it [XO_controller_(Y)] from the ground, the item is equipped; however the previously equipped [clothing_upper] Jacket / Top disappears.
This has happened multiple times and is consistent with [land_mil_tent_big1_2] MILITARY TENT & [land_workshop1] INDUSTRIAL WORKSHOP.

This does frequently happen with other items that do not appear in vicinity search but can be seen and retrieved manually from the ground / surface.

I believe the mentioned issue with [clothing_upper] PATROL JACKET is specific to clipping through the tent floor and not being able to be retrieved manually.

Enter Military Installation / Workshop. - Specifically [land_mil_tent_big1_2] MILITARY TENT & [land_workshop1] INDUSTRIAL WORKSHOP.

Attempt to equip [clothing_upper] PATROL JACKET via vicinity search; using input [XO_controller_(Y)].

Yep! Good report. Thanks for submitting.

Try manually picking it up and equip it from hand instead of vicinity. It's a terrible bug especially when you have loads of loot in your jacket.
