Steps To Reproduce

Have "clothing wear" on you, for ex. "Police Jacket" filled with items (i had "Burlap Strips" in it and some magazines).
Put few items on the ground including one new "clothing wear" (i had "Rider Jacket").
Swap that "Rider Jacket" from ground with "Police Jacket" on you.
"Police Jacket' is bugged, cannot pick it up.
