When building my base I placed barbed wire on the lower part of a gate which of course swings open with the barbed wire attached to it. Despite this, when walking through the gate you will get cut and bleed as if the barbed wire did not move when the door opened.

Steps To Reproduce
Make various gates to test this out, place barbed wire at the bottom of them. I was inside of a pre-existing structure when I built a gate outside of a barn door (door swings outward).
