No doubt this has already been mentioned somewhere, however it has gotten to the point where I just cannot drive vehicles anymore as it is too much of a risk. Effectively, the bug is when starting a vehicle it will start bouncing erratically, sometimes flipping over, regardless of acceleration from the user, and then when turning the vehicle off, returning to it's original position.
This had happened on a previous server (prior to the server provider change for official servers), and I bumped a tree (didn't crash, just bumped), and the vehicle was sent flying into orbit, which after a few seconds the server crashed... Really wish I got that on video.
I have linked below a video of the issue happening, in it the gear is only shown in 1st and reverse, however it does happen in neutral as well, just want to throw that out there.
