At the military tower on the Livonia map "Dambog" a group of players built a base including many wooden crates, since they've done this the Military tower no longer spawns any loot. I tried to remove all the wooden crates but it didn't do anything, also the small shed beside the tower does still spawn loot.

This is on official server DayZ Livonia US - LA 5375

They built the base about a month ago (early January 2020) and its been happening since (or I should say not happening in terms of loot spawn)
