Incident Information:
My friend and I hear a person playing music over a megaphone. We then see the guy and he is teleporting or moving very fast with some kind of hack. We move on and come across some people congregating in a field.
The hacker approaches the group and talks a few times thought eh megaphone as we converse with the rest of the people.
Then he suddenly opens fire and knocks me out and proceeds to kill my friend.
I start to wake up and he finishes me off with a melee attack.
