Although I'm loving the new BRIGHTER night setting @ 1.07 experimental, I think it is over tuned right now. If you guys could try making it about 20% or 40% darker it would be just perfect for a Game.
Also another point in this is gameplay loop at official servers.
This is just personal feeling but whenever the update has been out for a while, gameplay goes stale since people don't come across AR's or cool stuff neither at Tisy, nor at Helicrashes.
So, if you guys could set "count_in_player" value for valuable stuff to "0" and make "rare" stuff not count towards the CLE when inside player tents/inventory, it would solve the "stale gameplay" problem. This could cause hoarders to gather an infinite amount of tents/rare items tho.
So another solution would be... Either turn the Official Server's persistence off which is extreme.
Or... Set the persistence time for tents to be 604800 seconds, which is 7 days.
If Official server's persistence follows the private server's "type.xml" default values, then right now Tents stays on server for 3888000 seconds, which is 45 days. This can easily ruin the gameplay through players that hoard all the good stuff, never use them and it all just stays sitting there, hidden for 45 days.
TLDR:
• About BRIGHT Night settings @1.07 - Perfect it by tuning brightness down for about 20 or 40%.
• About the gameplay loop @ Official Servers - Tune down the timer for STORAGES persistence to "604800 seconds, which is 7 days", from the actual "3888000 seconds, which is 45 days".
