Glow sticks do not illuminate in certain conditions

Description

If I attach a lightstick to my backpack it illuminates the immediate area. However, if I am also carrying a backpack - in this case a drybag backpack (green) - the glow stick fails to illuminate the region. Stick it on the pack on my back again and it works again.

This occurs on version 1.06 PC. Vanilla server

A bit of clarification here - apologies - if I attach the glowstick to the backpack I am carrying then it fails to illuminate.
