Basically once Arma 3 has been selected to "play" from steam. Steam recognises that Arma 3 has been selected to play thus giving the option to "stop" in the steam menu, about 5 seconds later without having clicked or touched anything the "play" button is visible again and can be clicked.
Once this happens a File is created on my desktop which I will be providing.
Keep in mind that I have done a validation of steam files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, went and did numerous RAM checks before creating this ticket.
