Steps To Reproduce
Find a working car, start the engine and then exit car, open the hood or walk towards the car anywhere so you touch it. You get stuck sometimes and takes damage and you can't move in some occasions.
I send logs.
This was tested on latest Experimental 783 with a complete database-wipe.
This car had no water in radiator.
