This bug isn't specific to 1.06 it's been before... basically when it's raining heavily... and you get in a car... rain you see trough the windshield is way smaller... like amount of droplets... compared to outside... There is no need for pictures

Just in case here are my settings if that's what affects it...

EDIT: oh... also it would seem that i can't change Ambient Occlusion setting to Extreme... it goes back down to High ... i can lower it from High and it stays there but when i set it to extreme it drops to High... idk why...
