Variables:
After consulting with a variety of players on my server and asking about their hardware, it became apparent that the disparity between those that do suffer from the above mentioned bugs and those that don’t is whether the individual client is running a solid state hard drive.

Clients with a solid state hard drive, (of measurable quality) reported a minimal occurrence of synchronization issues.

Clients with a mechanical hard drive (irrespective of quality) reported a frequent occurrence of these same issues.

Troubleshooting:
I first reduced the spawn radius around each player, believing that the fewer items that are being spawned in would reduce the load both on the server and the client. This resulted in mixed success.

I adjusted the following variable: ZoneSpawnDist in globals.xml

Some players continued to have issues however; I had the clients still suffering the most issues remove all traces of dayz from their mechanical drive, and instead install all workshop mods and dayz related items onto their solid state hard drive. This resolved the issue completely for the past two weeks.

Summary:
It appears that the cause of the desynchronization at least during my own investigation and testing are related to how quickly the client can access the loot table. If there are a large number of varied items then desync is more likely to occur. This should be verifiable on servers with multiple mods which have a large number of items spawning via types.xml. I don’t believe the quantity of items is the issue, moreso the number of DIFFERENT items appears to be the culprit.

Event Timeline

100% nonsense.

Big bases, bad scripts and poor server performance is the major issue.
And your modlist, let the cards fly...

Regards

Agreed it's nonsense. I play on a stock PS4 and never have the flying car problem.

extact the same can happens on a console server if u drive next to bigger bases...
