This is the second instance of me falling from a ladder on the same building. Once on the building in Novo and the second time on the building in Churno. The first instance I was fortunate enough and had a friend climbing right below me. He caught me when I started to fall and I stood on his head as he climbed back down the ladder.

Climb the ladder
Hold A and W before and as you are getting to the top of the ladder - this is to prevent falling
Additional Information
I knew there was a possibility of falling so I made sure I held the A and W keys so that I wouldn't immediately fall down the ladder. If you were to not hold A and W you would fall
